Amulya Dhingra

Mr. Amulya Dhingra is a distinguished legal professional with over 24 years of experience across the corporate, commercial, litigation, arbitration, and real estate domains. A graduate of Delhi University with a B. Com (Hons.) and LL.B, he enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2001 and has since built a diverse, dynamic, and highly respected legal practice. Over the course of his career, Mr. Dhingra has successfully advised clients on complex commercial, transactional, corporate family and real estate matters, while also leading high-stakes litigation and arbitration across jurisdictions. His expertise spans civil, commercial, corporate, and arbitral disputes, with a reputation for a precise, resilient, and honest approach to every matter he undertakes.

Mr. Dhingra is also an active contributor to the international legal community. He has represented India and shared his expertise at globally recognized platforms, including the VIII and IX BRICS Legal Forums in Johannesburg and Moscow, and the where he delivered keynote and special-session addresses on investment policy, global legal trends, and antimonopoly cooperation among BRICS nations and also addressed international gathering of law aspirants at the 2024 BRICS Youth Day at MGIMO. His international engagements further include bilateral legal dialogues in Cambodia, and at LAWASIA Conferences, Rule of Law dialogues, and POLA (Presidents of Law Associations in Asia) Summits, contributing to global legal development and strengthening cross-border professional collaborations. His work also extends to public development initiatives Middle East and Africa, reflecting his applied understanding of international legal frameworks in developmental contexts. Mr. Dhingra is a lifetime member of the Bar Association of India and currently serves as an Executive Committee Member representing the NCT of Delhi. He is also a member of LAWASIA, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, the International Bar Association, and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
