Rajesh Maurya graduated with a degree in law from Allahabad University, U.P., in 2002 and was enrolled with the Bar Council the same year. He began his legal practice at the Allahabad High Court, handling a wide range of civil and criminal cases.
In 2009, he relocated to Delhi and joined the Senior Counsel for the Government of India, representing various government departments, including the Land and Development Office and CRPF, in both the District Court and the High Court of Delhi.
In 2018, he joined The Emphasis Law Office, where he has since been involved in numerous cases in the High Court of Delhi and the District Courts.
With 22 years of professional experience, Rajesh Maurya offers extensive legal consulting and advisory services. He specializes in various fields of civil and criminal law, including suits, petitions, appeals, revisions, complaints related to the dishonour of checks, Rent Control Act, property disputes, matrimonial disputes, MACT cases, and consumer complaints.
Additionally, he is experienced in drafting and vetting various agreements, including service, teaming, consortium, licensing, sub-contracting, sale deeds, corporate leases, real estate development, and broadcasting agreements.
