Vaibhav Bhati

Mr. Vaibhav Bhati is a young and driven legal professional pursuing his B.A. LL.B. from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, with a strong academic record. Through internships with leading advocates and legal offices in Delhi, he has gained exposure to a wide range of legal matters, including constitutional, criminal, civil, commercial, service, and arbitration proceedings.

His professional experience has involved extensive legal research, preparation of briefs and court notes, drafting of pleadings and legal opinions, and close observation of court proceedings. He has worked on matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various other courts and tribunals, with particular exposure to constitutional questions, criminal law, arbitration, insolvency, and matters involving statutory authorities.

With a keen interest in advocacy and a strong foundation in legal research and analysis, he approaches his work with diligence, curiosity, and attention to detail.
